Beginners Meditation Course

An opportunity for beginners to be guided in meditation and taught how to meditate. Different meditation techniques will be discussed and experienced in the 5 week course. Our emphasis is on having fun in meditation and taking the mystery out of it so all can enjoy it like we do!

A brief chat about meditatin techniquies starts the class and is followed by a look at each chakra and the areas of our lives that each covers. Then a meditation on a teaching or aspect of the chakra. No prior knowledge is required.

Drop-in Meditation Groups

\Guided healing meditations tailored to the group through preceding discussion. \In small groups, receive healing, learn tools to maintain equilibrium. \ Come when you can, pay as you go, text on the day to let us know you are joining the group that evening.
